About the Artist
She works from her own studio located in Suquamish on the Kitsap Peninsula in the state of Washington. All of Ms. Jack's Creations in Clay are truly one-of-a-kind. Heidi is regularly commissioned to create pieces of varying sizes and design. She recently completed a public art project for Bainbridge Island Kids Up at Battle Point Park and custom mirror with matching tiles for a dental office. Click here to see some of her custom work. Classes with HeidiHeidi is now offering private, one-on-one instruction at her studio in Suquamish. The course is 6 weeks long with 2 hour classes once a week. The classes cover throwing, handbuilding/slab, and embellishment techniques (i.e., glazing, textures, 3D). Please contact Heidi to schedule your time on the wheel. |

Creations in Clay is an ongoing exploration with clay for Heidi Jack. Her work in clay began over 30 years ago and includes an Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Idaho. Her unique hand created and thrown work in porcelain is made for the person who can appreciate fine detailed objects of art that feature botanical references and pastel colours.
